Plaintiff should have been notified to avoid the appearance of partiality, see related case law in the email chain at Exhibit 2. I feel comfortable in my position and look forward to a full and fair hearing on the merits and any and all challenges that may present themselves at subsequent Courts of Appeal. Defendant Ayotte responded, I'm about to hit them with this and the email chain in which I specifically asked them if McLane, Graf offered ANY assistance for Her Honor's ascension to the Bench. They didn't address that at all in their Memorandum Contra, and of course they didn't put this org chart in as I told them to. Whatever, some folks want to do it the Hard Way, well they are going to get a Hard Way all the way to SCOTUS. There isn't a lawyer on the face of the Earth who wouldn't reasonably question partiality in this instance, and it should have been brought to my attention. -The KingCaster.
