Description: Indo-Global Social Service Society introduced as a leading Gender Equality NGO and working for improving Gender Inequality in India . IGSSS is a non-profit NGO created in 1960, IGSSS works for capacity building and enlightenment of the vulnerable communities across the country through rights-based framework for their effective participation in development. Through its endeavor, IGSSS want to ensure social, economic, political empowerment of poor and marginalized communities so that they can have access to sustainable livelihood with Dignity. For effective operation of pro grammes IGSSS has established the Head Office at New Delhi and operating from 3 zonal offices – Zonal Office East (Kolkata), Zonal Office West (Baroda) and Zonal Office Northeast (Assam) and within the purview of these administrative units, 8 project offices are functioning.
