Abstract
We define professional ethic in project management as implementation of managerial affairs by individual whom have required managerial attributes and without having required managerial attributes in an individual, there will be a performance rather than professional conduct. Construction activities in Iran, while enjoying existing abilities and potentials, meet defects including the absence of professional ethic in construction procedure of buildings. Evidences indicate widespread activities which are free of professional ethic. Existence of such factors in the field of construction, have plenty of negative effects on the people that the outcome on Iranian society is well tangible. In academic training of Iran, no action has been taken to notify and these abnormalities will not be solved by predicting courses and professional ethic trainings. Factors such as the moral and economic health of the society are effective in preventing the incidence of failure from project managers to provide professional ethic, although several external factors can be involved in the formation of these procedure, however, dedicating appropriate and effective position in courses relating project management and other expertise of construction engineering family, would be a suitable starting point for troubleshooting that this article will describe as well.
