Description: This is the fallout from a case in which Citibank refused to cash a check drawn on its own bank for a black man who was a holder in due course. Citibank then allowed my Caucasian girlfriend to open a bank account if she wanted to cash the check for him, but then denied me, as a black man, that same opportunity pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 1981. Then their lawyers tried to threaten us with video that they now refuse to provide because they are lying. Yes it is, and Citibank is a dirty company, I have discovered so much more about them.... Well yah, Citi might make a good investment in the same way that American Tower Corp made a good investment, the stock went to dang low it HAD to get better. Thing is, ATC owned much of the infrastructure. Whatever, they are BOTH dirtbag companies, ATC paid $14M for back dating options and $300K in overtime when I complained to DOL on behalf of people I trained.
