Former JAG Attorney Bill Christy called me a nigger. It's probably a stage name, with the Bill Christy Project as he also goes by the slinky pseudonym of Lower Slower Delaware).
Anyway, he and I have a dispute about the fact that I provided substantive input into a Document entitled "Try Gregory Floyd for Murder."
He told me he complained about me publishing that document -- to which I contributed -- to Scribd.com and to Google/Blogger about my personal blog, Chris King's 1st Amendment Page, that may be accessed at:

Google has not taken any negative action toward me whatsoever, but Scribd.com violated its own stated policies, you should read the emails, very nasty.
I'll let you read the pertinent facts here in this DMCA counter Affidavit that Scribd.com denied me the opportunity to file, the reneged as soon as I proved to them that I had contributed actual text to the document.
I'm a former Assistant Attorney General who hosted not one but two accounts at Scribd with absolutely no problems, and they have a "three strikes" policy, with this being my only alleged offense.
There will be litigation.
