Zevrix Solutions announces BatchOutput XLS 2.0, a major upgrade to its popular output automation solution for Microsoft Excel on Mac OS X. In addition to batch printing, the new version lets users carry out automated professional PDF production directly from Excel eliminating the need for time consuming post-processing. Users can reduce PDF file size, optimize images, assign variable file names and encrypt PDF files. The new version also introduces compatibility with Excel 2011.
