The NH Executive Council heard arguments pro and con with respect to several judges this evening. In point of fact, I'm still here while Ms. Tapply provides her testimony on Judge Lynn, then I will nail him too.

See KingCast blog.
In addition to the Brown v. Board (see Ralph Holder letter to NH Executive Council) and other Civil Rights violations she condoned as noted in these KingCast confirmation hearing videos, just last week she became the lone dissenter in a clear cut case of unlawful search. Note to Justice Dalianis: If the evidence is not in Plain View from the damn street or sidewalk, cops can't be using evidence obtained from the back deck that you can't even see from the dang street. Her Brethren set her straight though....

Judge Lynn is a dangerous man. He is a liar, and he punishes litigants he does not like, for whatever reason gets in his head. As a pioneer in his own family, first to attend college, etc. etc. he should not cop an attitude against my First Amendment exercises that are highly innovative, and worse yet he should not refuse to recuse himself in a case in which he has ordered unsupervised parenting with a convicted felon (Tapply, pending before the NH Supreme Court).

Judge Dalianis has violated Brown v. Board of Education to make a black child who was born in NH leave a better NH school for a minority school in Mass. She also allowed fired cop Martin Dunn and his attorney Dan Mullen lie to the Court and claim I was disbarred, that I wrote a Fraudulent letter on police abuse when I was NAACP Legal Chair and that I fantasized about Chief Dunn raping his daughter, none of those things are true but Chief Dunn did laugh at a racist hate mail letter I received about the possibility of me being gang raped in prison. Dalianis and the Court granted Dunn a Disability benefit based on those lies.
