We define professional ethic in project management as implementation of managerial affairs by individual whom have required managerial attributes and without having required managerial attributes in an individual, there will be a performance rather than professional conduct. Construction activities in Iran, while enjoying existing abilities and potentials, meet defects including the absence of professional ethic in construction procedure of buildings. Evidences indicate widespread activities which are free of professional ethic. Existence of such factors in the field of construction, have plenty of negative effects on the people that the outcome on Iranian society is well tangible. In academic training of Iran, no action has been taken to notify and these abnormalities will not be solved by predicting courses and professional ethic trainings. Factors such as the moral and economic health of the society are effective in preventing the incidence of failure from project managers to provide professional ethic, although several external factors can be involved in the formation of these procedure, however, dedicating appropriate and effective position in courses relating project management and other expertise of construction engineering family, would be a suitable starting point for troubleshooting that this article will describe as well.

Overtime architectural space affects differently on the audience mind with its performance. The resulting effects form in the mind of society with several meanings. The starting point for creating the physical body of architectural space is the sense of need and the ending point is the preparation for exploiting. This period involves two stages of design and construction, which both of them require training, and now the main principles of it are being taught in form of academic training and in fact the role of training environment in strengthening the intellectual foundations of architects is very significant. This article reviews the impact circumstances of architectural space on training concepts of design and environment structure. Referring to the relation of intellectual climate and architectural training, we can say that the designing stage has considerable importance because of the relating philosophical, artistic, scientific, cultural and historical dimensions of it, which have direct relationship to the thoughts and holistic of architect. Construction stage is also impossible without the presence of architect and architecture.

A new conceptual methodology and some methods are used to predict failures that could potentially occur in Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell (PEMFC) systems. The combination methods for prediction durability and safety for fuel cell design starting with matrices of technological process, function, components and requirements for PEM fuel cell systems. After input with characteristic date are applied adequate some methods like Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), fuzzy method and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) for prognostic and analysis failure for PEMFC system or/and components, like product or/and process. For application and solving objectives according to the methodology proposed, as a case study to consider the methods specified for fault prediction in a PEM fuel cell type, based on analysis of process parameters like pressure flow of hydrogen and oxygen (or air), electric voltage, electric current and the humidification of the proton exchange membrane. These variables determining the functioning of the fuel cell are adequately analyzed with Fuzzy Fault Tree method (FFT). Methodology algorithm is solved using LabVIEW software provided by the National Instruments. The proposed methodology is validated by specified references from scientific literature under experimental and modelling appearance.
