I've been running video in courtroom across America, capturing my winning First Amendment cases before Broadband was a twinkle in the Internet eye.
Very few reporters have my skill set and experience so I am thankful for the well-reasoned approval of Judge Patrick Brady. I came, I saw, I presented professionally to him and he agreed. I have ALWAYS been professional in a courtroom, contrary to the assertions of some (none being my former clients, of course, fancy that).
I have a huge responsibility to bloggers and the entire Internet World to carry this off professionally.
