Abstract
This survey will make an effort to expand on pragmatic work conducted about the use and usefulness of human resources methods in a number of luxury hotels of multinational chains in the UK. The survey investigates the alleged importance of a number of job-related instigators in the luxury hotel area and examines the bond between discrete variables and the motivations offered in hotel employees.
