Abstract
Throughout the years, researchers, theologians, psychologists, psychiatrist and even medical doctors have encountered the problem of stress. There are different factors that contribute to the stressful experiences that an individual faces. The treatment of stress has a different impact on each individual who undergo the treatment. Simple unrelated stressful events lead to a more advanced state of stress and leave one with acute stress disorder among other complications.
