Through my research and readings, I have come across a wealth of information concerning the issue of career development and how it is closely related to human development. According to Dik, Sargent and Steger (2008), career development is taken as an ongoing lifelong developmental process which pays much attention on the way individuals seek, obtain as well as process the available information in respect to oneself, education as well as occupation.
