Introduction:
The science of pharmacokinetics and therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) occupy an essential part of pharmacists’ work in clinical placements. Since pharmacists are more experienced and proficient in drug monitoring and pharmacokinetic properties than other health professionals, it is their responsibility to provide effective treatment with minimum side effects and risk of toxicity.
