I. Arrestee Information The arrestee is named Franklin Graney. He is a phone technician for San Diego Bell Phone Company. He is a white male, in his late 20s standing approximately 5 feet, 8 inches tall. He had hazel eyes, dark blonde hair, cut short and with a receding hairline. He has a full beard and mustache also cut short. Arrestee suffers from issues associated with a deep hatred towards women.
