Abstract
The paper uses its methodologies to describe the various therapy/theories used in the counselling process to stabilize the mental status of a client. The two therapies described in the paper include psychoanalytic therapy and rational emotive behavior theory. The two therapies have almost similar but unique functionality in terms of their respective operations. The paper also takes a keen interest in analyzing two different situations that need attention.
