For the current analysis, I have chosen two popular applications that are often used on mobile devices, such as smartphones and tablets, but can also be used on desktop computers. They are Instagram and Foursquare. The first I like and enjoy using every day, while Foursquare, especially after its recent splitting into two programs – Foursquare and Swarm – I do not like using. The applications will be analyzed by their usability, usefulness and emotional impact. I want to begin with Instagram.
