All Encompassing Programs Of An Islamic State - Reflection Article Review Sample

The program of the Islamic State encompasses all sectors of the state because there are issues that such programs would want to solve. As tackled in Chapter 25, the Islamic Salvation Front (F.I.S.) originated for the purpose of answering societal problems and issues to improve the quality of life in the world. Some of the issues defined in the readings include those that are in (1) political sector, (2) economic sector, (3) social sector, and (4) health sector.
There is a need for Islamic intervention in the sector of politics mainly to end despotism and monopoly, further campaigning towards equality in all the sectors of the state. In this case, if equality will be achieved, there would be no more discrimination in any form, no more violation of human rights, and there would be more opportunities for all members of the society. On the other hand, since the Islamic Salvation Front recognizes the benefits people get from the economic sector, they have been very much willing to intervene for the improvement of people’s economic stasis. They are pushing for the righteous implementation of judicial agricultural policy as well as the policies concerning the industrial sector, commercial, financial and monetary policies.
In social sector, they would want that man recognize and receive proper services for his/her existence, and the right to receive protection and care. Such policies will hinder the existence of human rights violation and other humiliation for improved living conditions.
Lastly, on the health sector, the Islamic Salvation Front would want to implement programs because of the worsening international condition of the existence of AIDS, syphilis and other diseases that are fatal and can be easily transmitted. Sanitations in different institutions including schools, offices, hospitals and mosques must also be in good condition to avoid diseases and to improve health and nutritional status of people.
