What do you think? Do you think these targeted sites are manipulative and stereotypical? Why or why not?

I think that the websites come off as manipulative and stereotypical. A thorough investigation of the website 365black.com and MyInspirAsian.com it is evident that the websites are a stereotypical marketing method that the organization is using to market its products. Information provided on the websites indicates that they are programs initiated by the organization in order to assist black and Asian communities. Despite this observation, it is evident that having both websites can be views as manipulative as well as stereotyping. The main reason for this observation is that despite providing information on the community programs that the company is involved in on the websites it also markets food on the websites.
Furthermore, it is clear that McDonalds uses the websites to target specific customers based on their race. This is attributable to the fact that an examination of both websites reveals that the food advertised on both websites is different. From the websites, it is clear that the company advertises Wings and Ribs to the black community while advertising Asian inspired meals to the Asian community. Furthermore, based on stereotypes it is evident that Asian and Black communities live in urban areas surrounded by fast food outlets. Therefore, it can be concluded that the company has used such a stereotype in order to target this two communities.

Is there anything else the company could or should be doing?

In order to address the problem, the company should shut down the separate websites. It should place a link on its main website where it provides information on the community programs it runs. Furthermore, it should stop all forms of marketing and advertising on the websites. The main page for the websites should only provide information about the progress of its community program.
