Jewelry, clothing and other personal accessories became a fixture in a beautiful person. One of the oldest ways to decorate your own body known to mankind is the tattoo.

In overall, the evolution of the body art can be divided into 3 parts:
Part 1-Ritual body art
Part 2- 1960-1980- the birth of a new art form
Part 3-Contemporary body painting (after 1980)

In some cases, the tattoo was used to designate of belonging to a family, community or tribe, as well as to impart sexuality. In the negative sense, tattoos were symbols of slavery, mark the rogue and unwanted. Tattoos have always been one of the most common types of body art.
