Under the Interstate Compact Clause, the Congress has no authority to review the actions of the state under the Interstate Compact Clause. The Congress may award approval before or after a compact gets created. It may also give indirect approval or may seek to amend an interstate compact once it has been approved. The Interstate Compacts act jointly and collectively beyond the confines of the federal legislations but respect the view of Congress on the suitability of the joint action.
