Life is an experience that keeps the individual moving forward. A pivotal decision in my life was moving from Puerto Rico to Florida with my daughter. Moving to the new place was in the hope of betterment in life. I wanted to earn more so that I could afford better lifestyle for my daughter and myself. Every human being in this world aspires to grow in life, and we all reach a point in life when we have to take major decisions or make a choice.
I started contacting the companies in the new place enquiring about the possible raise in salary that I could have availed. Next I called up the car transportations so that I did not face any issue after moving. My daughter is my utmost priority in life, and hence I searched for a good high school for her.
Finally, I chose the company where I wanted to move. Next I searched for a home in Florida. A cozy and nice place was all we needed to have a comfortable life. After this, I put down my papers of resignation at the place I used to work.
Leaving my family and moving to a new place was making me trod on a path filled with challenges that I had to face with resolution. I had no family to support me mentally. However, the primary solace to my soul was that my daughter could have more opportunities in her life.
The entire course of events has made me embark on a new journey in life in an entirely new place. I am continuing my MBA so that I can have more avenues of success in my life. The event of moving to a new place, planning so much to set up a new establishment in Florida, was really quite a big challenge for me. However, I earnestly hope that me and my daughter would have a better life here.
