Good morning, Ladies and Gentlemen
I cannot begin to say what a precious person *Name Surname* is to our society (team). He worked in the army; and he had and has many comrades who know that *Name Surname* is a man of his word. He is also responsible, honest, fair and friendly; and he always gives a helping hand at the necessary moment. Many times I have heard kind words about him and his actions which deserve respect. All of these features of character correspond to the features of a great leader.
As all real leaders *Name Surname* has excellent communication skills. He is good in debates, public speeches and one-to-one communication. During public speeches he makes eye-to-eye contact with the audience, uses hand gestures and controls the tone of voice. These non-verbal communication skills are the major factor of successful communication; and every orator knows that it is necessary to take into account this factor as it makes the speech more interesting and effective.
*Name Surname* likes traveling, reading books and communicating with different people. He knows what to say and how to say to inspire, encourage, support and amuse his family members, friends and just strangers by telling different stories from his life or the books he had read. Every time when we talk with him we get not only new knowledge about different themes but also positive emotions. One famous statement comes to my mind: “Great people are those who make others feel that they are great too”. *Name Surname* is really great person who inspires people to become better than they were.
