In an attempt to systematically target the weak points of various countries worldwide that hinder them from progress and sustainability, the Millennium Development Goals were formed by United Nations from the Millennium Declaration of 2000 in September 2001 (Fehling, Nelson, and Vankatapuram, 2013; Bryce, Black, and Victora, 2013).
