Malaysian Airlines flight numbered MH 370/MAS370; a Boeing 777-200ER that carried 227 passengers and 12 crew members disappeared on 8 March 2014. The craft was headed to Beijing Capital International Airport in China from Kuala Lumpur International. The last voice contact was recorded in less than an hour after the take-off, while the plane was over the South China Sea. At 1:21MYT the aircraft disappeared from the controllers radar screens and deviated from its path across the Malay Peninsula , still under the Malaysian military radar track.
