It is rather sad to note that authors Andrew Hacker and Claudia Dreifus disagree that Colleges are worth the price of Admission. Although their sentiments of disagreement are clearly echoed down the passage, pauses of agreements in between paragraphs are evident as they expound on various issues affecting colleges. After carefully expounding on the financial burdens imposed on graduates and their families, the author openly question the value of college if it only leads to wastage of resources and adds no value to the society.
