Introduction

The environmental concerns in the organizations are growing with significant power in the latest years because ozone layer is depleting, and therefore, the environmental trend of global warming is taking route of the entire world. The oxygenated air is present in limited supply as labor is tearing down forests in order to fulfill the needs of processed wood that is used to build furniture and develop papers of various sorts as well. The demand of paper is increasing in all parts of the world, and therefore, more and more trees are losing their stance by the hands of industrialists who have paper mills to run. Additionally, the organizational greed in the papermaking industry is engulfing a lot of trees per annum. The only viable way to manage the abovementioned situation is to cut down the demand of paper in the organizational and domestic world as well. The computer and online technologies are growing in terms of their ability to support virtual computing.
The tables are turning into fully functional computers, and the handhelds have the inborn power to process documents and carry on processing of the offices. The technique of emailing is emerging as prominent trend in the modern era of the 21st century, and therefore, the stage is set to introduce paperless environment in the organizations that share a progressive mindset in this regard. The companies have to fall in line one by one, but someone has to take the initiative. Basically, the issue is not organizational, but it has a cultural stature because people are not willing to let go of the old and traditional ways. They cannot imagine an office without bulks of folders containing countless papers.

Traditional Image of an Office

The processing of office is integrally taken as the management and handling of files, and therefore, people have an urge to uphold the concept of conventional office. They intend to impress others by showing the weight of files those they carry home in order to process. The outdated mindset in the developing nations particularly values the approach of looking busy, but they actually do not do anything substantial in their office hours, and the nationalistic organizations are dying out wrapped in the inefficient presence of bureaucracy that specializes in stonewalling and blocking others from achieving development of any sort, and the notable prevalence of paper is being used in order to shade the inherent problems of incompetency, corruption, and ineffectiveness. The flatter organizations exist in nations such as America, Japan, and China, and these countries are developing with noticeable degree of force because they are having corporate sectors those can adapt according to the needs of the external environment with the help of developing dynamic strategies across their setups.

Modern Regimes of Organizational Management

The regimes of online communication and paperless reporting are cultivating themselves strongly in the companies those operate in developed parts of the globe. The outdated culture of paperful transaction is the defining norm of the companies of developing regions. The companies with progressive outlook towards competitive shape of the relevant industries are already taking noteworthy steps in order to drive down the organizational costs in order to enhance the margins, and therefore, the e-processing is becoming the part of organizational cultures at Microsoft, Apple, and Hewlett Packard to say the least. The companies with international and global operations are integrating paperless approach towards management as well.

Paperful Management: The Case of Developing Nations

The issue of paperful reporting and management is residing in developing and underdeveloped nations, and to be honest, the intended change cannot be completed if the government of suffering national systems does not show interest in terms of updating the present culture and structure of the organizations. The scholars have to develop intensive research work in the neglected academic area of technological enhancement. Experts believe that the organizational management will have to decide to upgrade their systems once the companies reach a specific level of complexity. However, in developing parts of the world, commercial operators are not willing to let the organizational systems grow because if they do so then, the leaders will lose their leadership positions. The literature of teamwork and participative management does not reach the ears of those managers who have the fortune of living in the dark setups plagued with paperful managerial style. The trend of organizational slavery is notably present in the featured regions because the organizational leadership is following the philosophy of fearful compliance rather than willingness to collectively grow.

The Failing Islamic Nations

The case of Islamic nations is the worst of all as they consider technology as a property of satanic cult, and the element of past orientation is forcing them to have a wishful thinking to see the world devolving into an era of sword. The Muslims argue that their savoir will come one day, and resolve their issues altogether. The mental relaxation and the behavior of irresponsibility create an organizational culture that does not accept any new idea whatsoever. The developmental thought receives a categorization of parting with the evil because the people are unwilling to change, and the office controls are developed in order to stop the process of growth instead of sponsoring it. The Americans are planning to go to Mars, and the so-called Islamic worlds are fighting on the prehistoric issues pertaining to the selection of Prophet’s successor. The cultures of South Asia in specific are drowning in the obsolete beliefs those do not have any applicatory value in the modern world of the 21st century.
In the light of previous lofty and painstakingly argued discussion, one can establish that paperless management is a result of powered presence of information technology in the organizational setups. The advanced countries are using technological developments to their advantage, and the lagging nations are not having the commitment and energy to challenge the belief system that professes the need to have unshakable faith in the presence of God and his love for the humanity as well. However, the power of God is limited regarding provision of help for those who do not follow the action oriented approach towards life.

Halting Strategic Developmental Process

The strategy developmental process is halted in developing parts of the international community of nations. However, the major corporations are having a growing level of political and economic interest in the unused production capacity that developing countries such as India are withholding, and therefore, the cultural upbringing of the regions is a required and necessary step in order to enhance the organizational effectiveness of the outsourcing regime. Additionally, the companies have to grow their own self managed educational institutions so that the human capital of localized nature can be brought up to the speed of modern managerial and technical literature that values the integration of technology in order to enhance the performance human capital.

Human Capital and Technology

The technology is not going to do anything in the isolation, but the employees and managers have to apply it in order to reap strategic advantages. The people of developing nations have too strong egos for their own good, and therefore, they have developed allergy towards authoritative figures. The job turnover is on the rise, and small businesses are rapidly developing without any individualistic identity. The small and medium enterprises are outsourcing production operations of the multinationals, and therefore, the managers of such organizations have the urge to speed up the process of developmental journey. The progressive mindset and the willingness to change will determine the overall effectiveness and success of the change initiative developed in order to integrate technology into the very fabric of organizational setups working with the foreign corporate players as outsourcers. At the same time, globalization has introduced the concept of unanimity in the business, and the local firms are disintegrating because either they develop into global entities or die out due to competitive forces described in the theory of Michael Porter.

Outsourcers and Outsourcees

The link between international businesses and local subsidiaries is going to have a critical participation in the journey of integrating technological advancements into the latterly mentioned set of subparts of a larger business game. The social trend of slavery remained dominant in outsourcing economies, and because of this reason, the outsourcees have to act authoritatively in order to bring the needed change. The international companies with local partners cannot work with dull minded people, and the managers have to come from educational institutions those value the modern and latest managerial practices of teamwork. The managers have to take the decisions in isolation, and they will need detailed training before becoming fully capable of doing their changing functions in the dynamic organizational structure that has a borderless nature to say the least. Furthermore, human capital does not have to practice outdated bureaucratic culture, and they have to share their knowledge in order to make great things happen. The businesses of developing world are throwing out the cream that the international organizations are using in order to accomplish their economic and fiscal agendas. On the other hand, the global commercial entities cannot provide too much autonomy to the underlying subunits because it can carry disastrous results. The element of too much confidence is going to make the followers rebellious, and therefore, they will start opening their own businesses, and the international companies will create their own competitors by their own efforts.

Recommendations and Suggestions

The developing nations have provided the developed ones with their production capacities, and therefore, there is a need to apply the technological enhancements in order to eliminate the presence of paper from the companies. However, the mindset has to be changed before significant results can be expected in this regard.
