The French Revolution is an uprising that took France from a monarchial rule by King Louis XVI; to a republic rule by the people, then back to dictatorship by Napoleon. It is considered the bloodiest time in the history of France. There are many reasons behind the French revolution, for instance, the economic crisis in France, social injustices, and quest for equality and liberty.
