What seems to be the cause of the conflict?
The core of the conflict is a toxic organizational culture, which has been allowed to emerge over overtime. An organizational culture comprises numerous aspects, key among them being communication, leadership, collective values, mission/vision, practices, diversity management, regulations/policies, place, and organizational narrative.
