We are pleased to inform you that we have accepted your request for an educational Internship with our marketing department, as desired in your letter dated January 27 2015.
According to our internship program, your role title will be marketing intern and you will be directly reporting to the marketing manager Mr. Smith Green who will providing you daily tasks and assessing your performance. This internship program will be for two months or eight weeks duration starting from the date we will decide mutually not later than 15th March 2015. You will be required to spend at least 10 working hours per week for eight weeks to meet our criteria. You will be entitled to 2 leaves during that period excluding any other designated holiday.
As this is an academic internship you will not be not be paid for the duration you serve in the company, however you will be granted an official certificate for your academic credit requirements. As a marketing intern, you will be required to assist the marketing department in the various daily activities such as maintaining and implementing its marketing and public relation plans. You will assist your supervisor in performing the marketing plans and other related operations. Your basic duties will not limit but include the following:
Assist in performing client initial assessment and manage the client data.
Assist and perform client visit scheduling and arrange meetings according to given instructions.
Manage marketing and business development calendar.
Assist with researching, creation and publishing of press releases from marketing department.
Assist with management and updating of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
Assist in organizing and synchronizing various marketing activities including, email, print media, social networking event, internet publications and social media.,
The marketing intern will require to devise and implement new methods for marketing or public relation to show their innovation.
The intern will accompany the marketing and business development staff at various networking events such as trade shows, conferences and any other event relating to company’s business in order to increase public awareness about the company’s product and collect potential client data.

On behalf of the management I am pleased to inform you that considering your previous summer internship’s score and the assessment report of your supervisor we have decided to offer you a paid internship or a part time employment as par our company’s rule.
This part time employment opportunity will abide to our temporary employment contract that is available at www.mycompany.com/contract-template and also enclosed with this letter. Feel free to read the document thoroughly before you accept the offer. Once you accept the offer in writing, we will send you an official job confirmation letter.
Please understand that within this one year duration you will have a “temporary employment” status and will not be able to enjoy any bonuses, allowances, over time or our employee beneficiary funds. Your basic salary without the applicable taxes and/or withholdings will be $30/hour and you will be required to provide at least 5 hours every day every week at the office.
As par our company’s policies, though this internship is for a period of one year and will end at the aforementioned date, however the company reserves the right to end at any stage without prior notice or any legal liability due to any noncompliance with the corporate policies. As soon as you join our company, we have a policy to sign a NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) with our employees to protect all trade secrets and corporate or client information and never share this confidential information with anyone outside the company. The breech of NDA can have serious legal consequences. Additionally, signing NDA also reflects that upon leaving the company you will return every tangible asset or information/documents to your supervisor to maintain the information privacy.
