“The Diary of a Young Girl” by Anne Frank is a book written in the course of the Second World War which covers the period between June 1942 and August 1944. The book was written by a Jewish teenage girl, Anne Frank, who just turned 13 at the time she started writing the book, which technically was not intended initially to be a book but a diary.
