Essentially, the NGO does not encourage professional prostitution because it can lead to lack of fulfillment in the new workplaces or un-familiar job placements. Moreover, the common belief within Employment Dynamics is that meaningful employment in commercial companies can lead to more fulfilling careers because of the immense diversity they present. In addition to this are the assurances of earning a salary at the end of each month which can enable one to plan for personal regular expenses. Personally, I am a research scientist who majors in business and market research, economic trends research, population research. Employment Dynamics hired me on contract terms to carry out research on the employment patterns among business major graduates and author a detailed report of my findings. This report will be crucial in guiding students, academic institutions, the commercial ventures in realizing the potential among business major graduates, and the opportunities available to them. The results and recommendations will be crucial to Employment Dynamics in its pursuit to provide informed career guidance to students and other clients. Employment Dynamics was looking for a competent researcher who could competently undertake deep research on the issue of employment as the best route that should be taken by business major graduates. Feasibility analysisThe requirement of the NGO was to establish how employment qualifies as the best direction a business major graduate can take. To achieve the goals of this research, I had several options or course of actions to pursue. First I was to examine the employment portfolio in different companies distributed across the state to establish the education backgrounds of the employees at these companies. This would provide a glimpse into the popularity of business major graduates in commercial companies. Secondly, I had to examine the kind of positions business major graduates hold and their salary scales. Thirdly, I had to seek information about the projected employment patterns from the National Employment Bureau to determine the past and projected rates of business major graduates. Moreover, making visits to about eight colleges and universities to pore over data about the current jobs of their alumni who majored in business while still students there was a sure way of knowing the various directions that these graduates take upon graduation. The criteria I will use is purely investigative, and it will involve the analysis of a huge amount of data from varied sources-commercial companies, the employment bureau, colleges, and universities- before arriving at any meaningful recommendation. Getting data from these organizations will involve maximum cooperation from the authorities within them so that the best comparison can be made. Before going out to seek this data, I will have to schedule appointments with them so that I can carry out my research in an orderly manner that will be crucial in expediting this research.
Criteria for making a Decision
My decision will be based on my findings and the postulated outcomes. The research proposal findings will be crucial in determining whether employment is the best direction for business major graduates to take upon graduation. Moreover, the current trends in the business world will inform the likely benefits of business major graduates pursuing employment.
Primary AudienceThe primary audience for this research project will be my Professor.
Secondary AudienceThe secondary audience, in this case, will be Employment Dynamics, students, colleges, universities, commercial companies. Employment Dynamics have hired me on contract to carry out a thorough research and author a detailed report based on my findings. The findings and results in this report will help the NGO in its career advice programs and curriculum advice to institutions of higher learning.
The recommendations in the report will help students to realize the opportunities present in the commercial companies especially with regards to employment. Colleges and universities will benefit from this report by noting the various needs in the business world that they should include in their curricula so that they can make their business major graduates be more competitive. Basically, the learning institutions will be exposed to the gaps present in their curricula, and ultimately they will purpose to fill them for the betterment of their graduates. Commercial companies will get a chance to provide their insights regarding the kind of business major graduates they want in their business.
Initially, I will come up with a rough draft that will outline the stages my research will go through. I will determine which colleges and universities to visit, which commercial companies to visit, the National Employment Bureau, seek consent from authorities at these institutions, the dates to conduct the visits, and the material requirements for the research.
In my data collection, I will begin with commercial companies to seek their employment portfolios and the education background of their employees. Within the companies, I will also seek information regarding their salary scales and career progression. Thereafter, I will make visits to selected colleges and universities to seek in formation regarding the career choices of their students who graduated with a degree in business major. I will wrap up data collection by visiting the National Bureau of Employment.
I will analyze the data I obtain from the organizations, and establish the trend in them.
On completion of data analysis, I will begin writing the first draft of there search proposal. This will enable remember most of the data I collected during my surveys.
I will finalize my first and make it ready for review.
I will go to a learning center to seek a review of my proposal.
The feedback from the learning center will help me to revise competently and edit my proposal.
QualificationsI am qualified to author this report because of various reasons. First, I have three years of experience in statistical analysis working as a contractor for several organizations. I studied Statistics and Programming at the University and graduated with honors. Recently I worked with a company dealing with analysis of career and education trends in the country and I gained a lot of experience in this field. Moreover, I am a strong proponent of meaningful employment that is in tune with the skills and abilities of an individual. This passion will come into play when I will be doing surveys seeking out data.
