If the company claims to have benefited their employees in a different way, then how is it different? You have used the term tangible benefits, how can this so-called different benefit package still motivate the employees to function effectively? A tangible benefit is defined as something that is assessed in monetary aspects. Therefore this idea just means that intangible benefits cannot be assessed in monetary aspects but they do have a weighty business influence. If the benefit is not monetary, I think there’s a possibility that there may be a number of employees in the company who would not help increase the productivity of process and workers.

IBM has been recognized as one of those great companies that present a competitive benefits scheme. I am very impressed on how the company planned to help workers shape a solid monetary establishment to come across a varied arrangement of needs. It is very commendable on how they incorporated the idea of being socially responsible. The company’s common ethical standards has nurtured and promoted an atmosphere for inventiveness and enthusiasm. I think this condition suggests that IBM has been looking after its employees in their medical care, retirement confidence, income security and particular interests. And that is why the company has been successful; through several years because it has established a positive working environment that enhances the quality of each employee’s performance.
