In this book, the author described a fratricidal disagreement regarding the African’s situation or what Williamson termed as the "nadir of the Southern White", an existence of separation, detachment, and disintegration. If there is anything that white Southerners are aware about the Africans, it was that they had a fitting place in a social group where whites dominate, and that place was far underneath the white. The North forced its arrangement of Jim Crow in the appearance of Black Reconstruction. The result of that reaction was the reclamation and recovery of a world through a sociopolitical belief system that would shape white Southern mentality toward the African American far into the twentieth era.
White Reconstruction or Racial Radicalism is the belief system of white supremacy that was a move to put the social group of white back on its position, restore a feeling of mental balance to a mentally damaged individuals; the confining of the nigger loose and the stifling from the throbbing situation of the dark satyr. Racial Radicalism rise was unsurprising even during the first years of Reconstruction. The following half of the nineteenth era saw the ruinous motivations unleashed against the African American as a mental prodigy, overflowing out of the pores of a general public handicapped by a country's powerlessness to restraint in a white mind. By the second half of that era, as an aftereffect of intergenerational division of the fundamentals of white matchless quality, white people could coordinate their dangerous driving forces shamelessly at African Americans in an environment of nigger loose. It was not absolutely a situation where viciousness may be hastened by a hostile circumstance where clashing intrigues, objectives, disposition, and convictions are grinding away. Inherent in Radical Racialism was an all-around characterized rhetoric, formed by people with a sharp sense of how to influence, induce, and fortify passionate, insensitive wishes and myths stifled in the subliminal of the white mind. The rhetoric of racial radicalism concurred with an overall sensation of white dominion moved by pseudoscience on the inborn predominance of the white species and the inadequacy of the blacks and others of a lower race.
