Philosophy refers to the study of the aims, objectives, and aspirations; therefore the theory refers to the study or comprehensive fundamental kind of knowledge, skills, and reality in the lives of human beings. The study of the aims or objectives is the ongoing efforts that have relevant activities and this focus on the energy; the resource constraints making it essential for setting the priority objectives. These priority objectives are addressed first and this goal include;
Excellence in the faculty; Under excellence, the school require more and good performance from each department both in academically, socially, morale and other. That is encouraging competitive faculty compensations among the faculties, to increase the focus on being productive in the core academic activities like research, creativity and engaging in the public and teaching.

Increase in the level and quality of strategically academic areas in the faculty.

Importantly this leads to the rise in the diversity of the new hire in the faculty and efforts.
Encourages the compensation of the competitive faculty
Encourages the implementations of the new mechanisms that foster the existing environment in order to provide attractive opportunities to help stakeholders.

Promoting the health and standard of living of the students for the good performance.

Improvement on the level of creativity;
It helps to increase the level creativity, leadership in the given areas in the world for example in the maintaining the world's leadership, arts.
1. Strengthening and recognizing the interdisciplinary areas at the school hence leading to excellence and discipline.
2. Importantly improves in the level of wide services in the institution both in the site of administration and grants from the government, i.e., to support research.

Encouraging the level of productivity in collaboration with the faculty and the students.

Engagement of the public in an excellent way;
The public meeting here makes distinct feature.
Constructing a unique concept and vision.
Developing a systematic evaluations..

Connecting to the public through participation in conducting research.

Encouraging stronger collaboration and partnerships between the students and faculty.
Excellence in the staff.
Here the priority is to employ highly qualified valued individuals in the staff, i.e., to attract the talents and diversion of the workforce.
1. Employing the exemplary employer in the spectrum of the some of the staff..

Providing skill on the job training.

Helps to sustain and encourage the flexibility of the workers in the workplace.
Working with local community.
Actions to attain this objective
Emphasizing on the faculty recruitment strategy from the bottom to the above.
Increasing on the level of funding by making this the priority
Developing new regular systems and the transparency mechanisms in order fo the resources to be allocated.
As philosophy teachers should encourage hard in the faculty in order to attain the excellence
As a philosophy should help on improvement on the level of creativity, world leadership.
As a philosophy has to develop efficient mechanisms for monitoring and evaluation of the progress of the research, i.e., the task individual or the faculty committee are accepted for the practices

Bringing up new goals for the gender, racial, and ethnic diversity.

Expanding the recruitment of the faculty as a per the need.
Enhancing on the ethnical diversity of the faculty candidate.
In conclusion however philosophy, therefore, is the way of amassing knowledge, ideas, skills that help to avoid problems or uncertainties leading to high productivity in real life of the human beings.
