When using any forecasts, it is very important to understand the sensitivities in the forecasts and where there is potential for deviation. As Mississauga reaches maturity, the relationship of the municipality to the community will change. It can be seen in any fast-growing municipality. Over the next 30 years in Mississauga, attention will shift more to redevelopment and intensification issues. With this type of development, the planning issues surrounding development are likely to become more complex and contentious. Some of the City’s infrastructure will also be aging, shifting the focus from new infrastructure to maintenance and replacement of existing infrastructure.
In fact with growing and aging of population a lot of spheres will be affected. First of all will be affected employment. In order for Mississauga to grow there would be a great necessity in new work places. And as population will be growing there would be a need in new houses. It is forecasted that there would be created new offices and some more land used.

The services will be quite different for a much older population.
In fact there is no listing in the Article of the communities affected but some facts are mentioned.
The Article also suggests such following services that will also experience more subtle changes in response to an aging population, for example transit use is typically highest among the young and the old, though their origins and destinations may be different, an older population wіll generate an increase іn medical related calls for emergеncy services and higher neеd in medecine. The physical infrastructure of the City will increasingly need to accommodate the needs of more elderly people, some of whom will be facing challenges related to access and mobility.
Finally, while not related to the aging population, the aging employment base of the City will mean an increased focus in economic development from primarily attracting new businesses to a “business retention” function which seeks to assure that existing businesses are satisfied with Mississauga and will not be seeking new locations beyond the City.
In fact there are some more communities or services that will be affected. For example children gardens will be emptier. Gyms would become less popular among older people. There also would be less need in night clubs and other establishments predominantly used by young people. Article suggests that there might be some development in a recreational sphere and that is why may be suggested that there would be more tourists and hotels will become more popular as well as houses for sell.
There might be a change in the needs of population. For example with the growth also may appear higher need in fast food establishments or need in more food in the shops.

In fact I would like to collaborate mostly first of all with teenagers and people of older age. In fact teenagers are a future so communicating with them and giving them some inclinations for the development of the city in future might help to improve it. Teenagers are also more socially active if not dependent on virtual world and that is why I would like to attract their attention to the possible problems of the city. They would be able to help fighting with the pollution of the city as well as would to plant more trees.
Teenagers and students always have modern views to everything so that creating some polls or events might help the city in general. I mean that in such a way young people would be able to find out new solutions or ideas in connection with the problems of the city. It is said in the article that the city has a problem connected with the limited territory. So maybe some solution can be found?
Older people always have more influence and connections in the city so that they can help fighting problems immediately by using power.
I would also collaborate with politicians who would take care of the city.
It is not a secret that unless a problem touches someone personally the person may not start doing something. That is why I would cooperate with drivers who will feel the problem by themselves.
I would try to attract attention of the designers who might be able to make city more beautiful.
I would try to attract celebrities who might be able to draw attention of general audience to the problems of the city.
