Greece

Currently, Greece is planning to default its debts in the case of a collapse of the talks that they are having with their creditors. The predicament that Greece is in is that it needs additional funding from its creditors to pay public sector salaries and state pensions. The only leverage that Greece has is that it has decided to withhold large amounts of money running to billions in the event that no agreement is struck in the negotiations.
This current event is related to the Finance and Fiscal Policy for Development of various countries in that it shows how countries who have been bailed out try to sort out their finances in the worst case scenario. The implications for the international development organizations is that the countries that make up the Eurozone will be careful the next them that they want to bail out a country. The economy of the Eurozone would most certainly be affected however the impact cannot be quantified just yet. The markets of the Eurozone areas will be static in that no one is guaranteed in the action that Greece would take. In the long run, the inferences of this problem are that if other countries such as Spain and Italy also default, then the Eurozone might collapse.
