When I play tennis, my body moves with agility and balance on the court. It is worth noting that tennis is not merely an upper-body sport aimed at hitting the ball back over the net. Since a sharp reaction to a ball is required, my feet never stop moving. In tennis, the majority of movements are side to side, and apparently, motor skills are vital. By the way, shoulders do not tilt on volleys and groundstrokes, as the racquet arm maintains balance. A combination of horizontal and vertical movements takes place during the tennis serve, whereas rather smaller joint movements are made during volleys. I tend to play with natural swing speed, that is why my shoulder and arm sweep gracefully during the shots. Each movement starts in my legs, and then my upper body responds by hitting the ball, when I rhythmically extend the elbow and bend the wrist. Thus, my legs, hips, torso, shoulders, upper arms, forearms and eventually my hand produce a movement. Posture is crucial here, since my back is the transition of movement from the legs to the shoulders and arms.

The dancer’s arms are in an upward position, when she powerfully bends her right arm in elbow, touching her left knee, before delicately sweeping this arm to the sky. Afterwards, she charmingly presses her arms together like wings, making a gentle wave with her hands. Then, both arms soar up into the air, falling back towards her right shoulder, and her arms diverge, while the right arm drifts gently upwards and the body bends flexibly. Turning her back on the audience, the dancer lowers a bit her hips into a wide position with her left leg extended straight and the right leg slightly bent. Then the dancer steadily straightened the left leg, moving her body into an upright position.

The student nicely described the movements of his body while playing basketball. Owing to the poetic language, I managed to vividly visualize how his body tends to move during the game. With regard to the clips, they were reflected clearly, taking into account almost all the details. However, I could not help but notice that several movements were overlooked in the part three. Nevertheless, the overall description seems to be comprehensive.
