Background of Organization Lululemon is an international clothing brand that was founded in 1998 to cater to yoga practitioners (Shop.lululemon.com, 2015). The founder of the company, Chip Wilson, began teaching the first commercial yoga class in Vancouver and decided that there was something missing from the scene.
