The purpose of this paper is to apply the basic concepts and techniques of human resource management to a real job by examining an organization that is involved in the manufacture of fast moving consumer goods and agricultural products. The selected job is extensively discussed, and recruitment and selection processes for the job are enumerated. The organization chosen to serve as a case study is Unilever.
