3.0 Methodology
This chapter describes the research methodology and the selection of the samples during the study. The methodology chapter describes the procedures that were used in the collection of data and the instrumentation design. Additionally, the chapter offers statistical procedures that were used to interpret and analyze the data. This study used the online survey methodology, and a total of eleven questions were used to assess the total customer experience at Dubai Industrial City.
