Located in New York, is an office of Dr. Seckin. The office is found in the 872 5th Avenue in Manhattan New York. Services provided here include essential health care services such as checkups. Another service offered is surgery and dentistry services. The doctor is always available as on call and offers 24-hour services. Service quality dimensions are used to assess consumer perceptions and expectations regarding the quality of a service. They are five namely: tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy.Tangibility A clean and neatly attired doctor A modern and well-equipped doctor’s office A clean and professional looking doctor’s office Well-built and strategically placed doctor’s officeReliability Confirmed appointment reservations Accurate analysis and prescriptions On time for appointments An on-call doctor. Just a phone call awayResponsiveness Quick and good referrals Attending to emergencies quickly without demanding for pay first Quick ambulance response within five minutesAssurance Total confidentiality on patient issues A highly trained doctor who graduated with honors Well-known and highly respected doctor Properly stored patient files under lock and keyEmpathy A listening doctor towards employee complaints A doctor who counsels H.I.V., cancer and heart patients. An understanding doctor who is always ready to offer professional help where needed Not only a doctor but also a well-needed friend to patients.
Dr. Seckin is one of the best service providers in this profession. In my own opinion the service provider has passed because all the five dimensions of service quality are guaranteed provided a visit to the office has been done. The services offered are of high quality by well qualified professionals.
