Operation PROM was established in the year 2005, with the objective of provided the resources to the students in need. It is providing its services to children, who need financial assistance, who are sick, homeless, and disable. Operation PROM is donating Prom dresses and also facilitating the students with the scholarships and school supplies. Operation PROM is targeting youth in order to communicate its message so that more and more needy people can be helped. It is particularly targeting the low income students so that they can be facilitated with the Prom dresses as well as with the tuxedo rentals so that they become capable of attending the Proms. However, Operation PROM has helped and communicated its message to thousands of students across the United States. In order to get tuxedo and Prom dress, the students should be recommended by their instructor and meet all the requirements such as they should be passed in all subjects in class, and they should have financial need.
Operation PROM is making attempts for increasing the number of the donations every year, and for this it has partnered with the social services departments, hospitals, community organization, and churches. Operation PROM is using adequate social media outlets. It is using social media in order to deliver its message to a large number of people. The company is very active on the social media. A vast majority of people from all over the world are using Facebook, so Operation PROM has created a page on facebook in order to communicate with people, get their comments, and tell them about the latest offerings. The company is daily posting updates and latest designs of available Prom dresses so that people can select easily and become informed that such dresses are also available in order to make their event special. Moreover, in order to increase its presence further, and for interacting with more people to create awareness in them, the company is also using blogging. With the help of the blogs, the company is indicating its achievements, its objectives, and the good works it is doing so that awareness can be created in people, communities, and organizations that can further help the company in achieving its objective. Further, the company is also ensuring its presence on the television channel such as HD. The company is communicating with the audience via television so that they come to know about their designer who is designing the dresses for them. This helps them the audience in their selection as they become better informed.

Lipton Tea

Lipton Tea is considered as No. 1 brand, which is exported to a lot of countries of the world. The company emphasizes on the provision of high quality and differentiated product by keeping the preferences and tastes of consumers into consideration. The company wants to position its product in such manner that it facilitates the customers with the highest quality product. The company is facilitataing the audience by keeping into consideration the demographic segmentation and psychographic segmentation. In the demographic segmentation the company considers the income, and in the psychographic segmentation, the company considers personality, lifestyle, and the social class, so that different people can be served according to their requirements in an effective manner. The company is attracting all the tea lovers by providing variety in the tea. Further, in order to communicate its message it is attracting new customers by introducing new flavors of tea, and reducing the prices. Moreover, the company is also using social media for communicating its message and promoting its products. The company has its web presence via the website and is also promoting its products on the social media such as on Facebook, and Twitter. There are about 10 websites of the Lipton tea that provide the detailed description of the products offered by the company. The company has adopted the novel trend of the online advertisement or online marketing by buying the advertisement spaces. The company is advertising its products on the social media by taking into consideration the culture of the respective country because this brand is present in several countries of the world. Further, the company is targeting the interests as well as perceptions of people. For example, Egyptians are fond of football, so that company is promoting its product by cheering the players of football. The company has adopted creative strategy in which it is using sales strategy and advertisement tactics for boosting the sale of the products, communicating the information about the products offered, and to ensure the promotion of the product. In the social media advertisement the company is providing all the details of the product such as ingredients and the nutrient value etc.

Yankees

Yankees are a franchise of the professional Amercian baseball. The Yamkees broadcast the spots program in several languages. It also airs the programs of previous days. Spots fans are the audience of Yankees. The Yankees make it certain that the programs are available on tome for the fans in their preferred language so that face no difficulty in understanding. Yankees is a branded company, and people know it by its name. The company is further making attempts in order to make the people aware of the brand. The company is using the social media so that people can be intimated about the products and service online. The company has its twitter and facebook accounts, on which people are intimated about the latest services. The company is actively participating in the social media contents. It is updating the status on the twitter a facebook account on daily basis, and are also communicating with people via blogs. The company is also using blogs in order to create awareness among people about the product, so that people can read the blog, and is encouraged for giving the chance to the brand. However, the players, who are a part of Yankees, are also there on the facebook, and fans can directly interact with them. If the past performance of Yankees is considered then the company has successfully maintained its identity by communicating with the audience via the social as well as traditional media. It has also maintained its reputation in terms of the class, values, and traditions.
