Question 1: Summarize the background of the article, and how does it relate to the general article.

Question 2: State the specific hypotheses to be tested.
It has been found out and even recognized by previous studies that alcohol and drugs influences the brain to drive dependency. These articles are discussions about studies and researches searching for possible ways to alcohol and drug addiction. New methods of research are learning the molecular causes for the addiction and reasons why it is so hard for people to quit. Aside from using chemical replacement treatments, an understanding of the brain structures causal these withdrawal-prompted conducts is an imperative step on the way to the improvement of new pharmacotherapies for the management or even cure of alcohol dependency (Rockoff, 2013).
Question 3: Identify the dependent variable(s) and how they are measured.Question 4: Identify the independent variable(s) and how they are manipulated.
Earlier researches have associated the brain corticotropin-releasing factor or (CRF) stress schemes in intervening the undesirable emotional condition linked with ethanol elimination (Funk, et. al, 2007). The latest study examined the role of CRF2 receptors inside the CeA in interceding ethanol self-management in nondependent and ethanol-dependent animals.
Independent variables include Corticotropin-releasing factor receptor Self-administration, Urocortin , electrophysiology, microdialysis, and mRNA. Dependent variables are the presumed effects of dependence, withdrawal and brain stress response to chemical replacement treatments.
Question 5: Identify any variables that are controlled (e.g. gender, time of test, one area of the brain) Question

6: Diagram how the study was done.

Facts were evaluated by applying a combination of collaborative analysis of variance or commonly known as (ANOVA) by vapor usage (ethanol or regulator) as the between-subjects feature and agonist dose (Ucn 3) by way in subjects feature. Tukey's (A) fairly significant assessment was applied for support hoc examination of individual means (p< 0.05).

Question 7: How did Article 3 “differ: from Articles 1 and 2 and why?

Article 3 applied the use of ethanol-dependent rats, the study associated electrophysiologic impacts and interfaces of CRF and ethanol on CeA GABAergic spread, and analyzed GABA dialyzate in CeA after injection of CRF1 antagonists and ethanol. mRNA manifestation in CeA for CRF and CRF1 were also analyzed applying actual polymerase sequence responses. The influences of chronic management with a CRF1 antagonist were also analyzed on withdrawal-prompted as it intensifies in alcohol intake in dependent rats (Roberto, et al, 2010).
