Good Example Of Assess Myself In Traits And Behavior, And My Management Essay

Characteristics and behaviors are the features or portraits that people possess. They majorly show the reactions of most people. Additionally, they show how people will potentially behave in future. Basing on my case, I possess various features. First, I am full of drive and ambition. I am very ambitious about completing my graduate degree and eventually secure a job at Aramco Company in Saudi Arabia. Additionally, my drive and ambition makes me lead my colleagues at Integrated Refugee and Immigrant Services (IRIS), where I work as an intern.
Second, I am honest and do not infringe confidential information carelessly. When it comes to drive, honesty, self-confidence and emotional stability, I am good. I am usually strong enough emotionally and this makes it possible for me to meet twice as colleagues at IRIS at discuss what we are doing for clients and also meet for lunch and discuss the problems of the clients while we eat.
Additionally, I am intelligent, brilliant and skilled. I have been able to tackle my studies up to graduate school, learning English as a second language, and working at IRIS. The work has enabled me acquire conceptual skills that have enabled me blend well at the place of work.
I possess humility as a trait. This feature makes me be able to juggle family life, academia, and work. I do take care of my family especially when my husband is absent, attend classes for my Masters course and work at IRIS as an intern. All these require one having humility in order to navigate it quickly.
In addition to my traits, behavior, and management, I have a common purpose and goal, can deliver strategic intent, and do decide well. Through these, the common purpose and goal are inched towards making my life purposeful and visionary. This is why I am having a dream of working for Aramco Company in Saudi Arabia. Also, I have made my objectives clear such as completing my Master’s program and finally working for Aramco in Saudi Arabia. Finally, I can make good decisions, which is evidenced by going for a Master’s degree, taking care of my family, working as an intern and planning to work in Saudi Arabia.
I manage all these through being proactive and allocating time for each activity adequately. Also, I incorporate proper implementation of the set standards at my place work and school. I also have the right stuffs and requirements necessary for me to lead well at home, workplace and school.
