The circumstances under which the contract agreement was signed may render the agreement unenforceable. John did not spare time to first go through the agreement before signing it. John was not in his right mind before signing the agreement because he signed it in a hurry. Again, the agreement is unenforceable because according to the claims made by Rose and John, the two had no option but to sign the agreement, making it sort of an adhesion contract. For John and Rose, it was a take it or leave it scenario therefore signing the contract agreement was their only option (Melbournelegalteam.com, 2015). An adhesion contract as Rose and John claim is unenforceable because it gives one party, in this case, Rose and John, no ability to negotiate due to their unequal bargaining power (Fitzpatrick, 2015).
Health care should be more available in the US because more people are living with chronic diseases. This can be made possible through the transformation of the workforce. One way is by having health care professionals who are prepared in a better way to care for persons with chronic diseases. Health care can also be made more available by ensuring that the health care professionals are in a position to deliver care to the maximum extent of their education and training. In order to be able to make health care more available, the US government should ensure that their health care professionals, including nurses take conceptualized roles. Nurses need to participate in health coaching, prevention activities and quality improvement (Journal.aarpinternational.org, 2015).
People working part-time jobs should qualify for employer-based plans. Part-time employees serve the same amount of services as full-time employees so as to qualify for statutory rights. Part-time employees should also qualify for employer-based plans because they are equal to full-time employees, and both have equal rights (Cipd.co.uk, 2015).
