The name of cause-based online advocacy campaign is “ Child emancipation fund ” . The injustice is Basic food security and against malnutrition. There is indeed need for better security guidelines in a manner every child in the country is fed properly until age 9 years. The objectives are to nurture food habits and food security information with guidelines for children aged up to 9 years to sustain empathy, diet and nutrition habits. Online internet marketing to gather support from surveys, email communication to heads of organizations, email ads. Target population is the 20-35 year age group people who are in prime at work and can foster better relations with children, can provide more funds for moving the campaign on its own in the country. Orgnaizations which have had prior link to poverty, aid and humanitarian work are to be targeted under the campaign.
Q4.Fund raising in Africa is a major management task which is left undecided for many countries. There are more than thirty to fourty countries with sectarian and poverty issues facing the less developed economies in the region. Gathering support from corporate is easier while going to such places , verifying child education and rights situation and then applying a programme with the government is not easy task. The number of volunteers, management support, and government apathy could pose risks to the betterment of the campaign. In this region or continent Africa, child education and rights is a massive task to undertake, local participation is key to solving crisis on child emancipation by use of focus groups, aid tied to goals, volunteer support in form of tents and headquarters, division support for local government are all possible methods, as reported by UNICEF news (2015). Therefore management issue of child rights in Africa is a big task which is only being explored and has had some success.
According to withnall, jones (2014), information and education of Child rights in LDC countries is the second most important criterion facing the management. Whenever we think or apply about child rights programmes the severely malnutrished and helpless government stance on child rights surfaces. Not going into the causes of the problem, the main reasons why it has developed are;

Being cut off from mainstream progressive economic development

Being cut off from globalization
Institutional strength from healthcare, banking, industry and commerce is limited
Education wise the level of participation and individuals seeking it are proportionately fewer
Income levels of the country are summarily lower than the developing countries of Asia
The trade and export-import of commodities is low in volume and number of organizations which know of popular trade form Africa is even lower
According to Nyulund (2012), management would want to create space and provide more room for discussing the development of eradication of child malnutrition, food security, and prepare the population for better informed regarding the child rights, nutrition, healthcare, vaccination and providing elementary education as well.
