The organization’s policy towards on workplace policy is impeccable. The organization has set up measures to guarantee that the safety of the employees is first considered. One of the main safety standards that the organization has set up is the introduction of the new improved health management systems. The health management systems allow for compensation and the provision of quality healthcare to the employees of the organization. The other measure in the policy is the worksite inspections that are done at random so as to ensure that they are safe. The policy has also set out the recommended and specific rights and responsibilities of both the employers and the employees. Additionally, the organization has partnered up with other organizations that operate different occupational safety and health personnel programs so that they can share ideas.
The organization has been able to deal with the inevitable increase in costs and the reduced profit margins through the internalizing of costs. Workers are encouraged to file more claims in the premise that the workers who file the most claims may be reluctant to do so in the future. Additionally, the organization can contest the claims that are brought about by the claims of the workers. Sometimes they win the contests (Pre-school Learning Alliance, 2009).
In the employee safety training manual; the policy of the organization in terms of the safety and health policy is first discussed. The second item is the issue of first aid and how to perform it.
