Explanation of Case Study
The case study will consider the case of the Charles and Hilda Erskind, who came just like any other cruisers (Lieberman & Nissen, 2008). They were picked by Lawrence Gonneff, the corporation member with whom they were often consulting concerning their cruise.

He did not satisfies his passengers desires neither he did not meet their needs rather he made a rationalized idea of directing his passengers to West Coast Paradise Van. The basic principle of the theory is to satisfy the self-interest of the passengers by considering what their desire is. Gonneff rationalized his self-interest but not his clients’ interest (Thiroux & Krasemann, 2009).
