An EE program that we can look at is one offered by TEP which endeavors to target energy efficiency: energy conservation and efficiency program. This program is one that utilizes a systems approach by approaching new home owners and giving them insight on information such as health and safety, durability, comfort and their contribution to energy efficiency.
