Great Depression in the United States was the longest economic downturn that happens for about ten years. One of the causes was the downfall of the stock market and eventually the economy causing investors rubbed out and shaken the public. Another was the ceasing of purchasing goods that led to production loss and resulting to unemployment. The bank problem failure was another, which the depositors withdrew all of their money, changed it into currency making the supply of the money to drop. Thus, this event worsens price deflation creating business struggles in time.
